Personal data
By using the website and the available functionalities on the website, you will leave certain details with us (this is unavoidable in case you want to order anything with us). This happens with our business to be able to fulfill the business agreement when an order is placed. Data stored can be personal data but also banking and payment information. We emphasize that we only use this data as provided directly by you, or when an order is being processed and data is needed to fulfill the order process.
Data processing
We are only allowed to process your personal data when processed on a juridical basis. We process your personal data because this is necessary to complete the agreement between you and us, conform Article 6(1) sub-paragraph b in the General Data Protection Regulation GDPR. Shipping information
To process your order we need your name, e-mail, address, payment information and occasionally a phone number. With this information we are able to ship your order and keep you update on the order and shipping process. We transfer this data to external parties when needed to fulfill your order. For example, shipping companies and our distribution center.
Your account
In <Your Account> at Bunker501 we store the following info: name, address, phone number, e-mail, delivery and payment information and data you’ve provided with us and your interests (for example when we requested your date of birth). This is a feature we offer you, such that you don’t have to fill them in again on every order. We also store your previous orders, so you can easily access them at a later time or date.
Customer service
You’re able to call or chat with us using the ‘Trengo’ widget on our website. To be able to quickly help you with your questions, we will use the data you’ve provided with us and we may make notes of chats and/or calls that we will store for future reference. This can be helpful when you call us again at a later time.
Newsletters
It is optional for you to subscribe to our newsletters. This way we will keep you updated on special offers, sales, contests and other news. We provide general newsletters and personal newsletters. De personal newsletters we will construct based on the information you have provided with us, an example could be previous orders you’ve placed with us. This will hopefully make the newsletters a lot more interesting for you. If you wish to no longer receive any newsletters from us, you can simply unsubscribe from them by clicking the “unsubscribe” button at the bottom of our e-mails.
Reviews
We love reviews! And so do our customers! If you would like to review a product you’ve bought with us, then you’re free to select whether you would like to do so with your own name or anonymous as visible to other visitors. You’re also able to select if we can contact you when you’ve placed a review. We keep track of all reviews placed on our website.
Contests and giveaways
If you enter a contest or giveaway, we request your name, address and e-mail. This way we can actually do the contest and publish and contact the winners afterwards. We also use this to measure the response of our contests and giveaways.
Social media
Bunker501 does not receive any information to access your social media accounts, however we provide the option to like and share messages you find interesting with your friends. If you choose to ask us a message via a social media platform and if we come across your questions we will save your message and the name of your account, so we can later answer your question.
